It refers to a product type. 1000 free minutes are included with each line to call any other USA or Canada number, which are aggregated and averaged. Add $1 per line for every 200 minutes the average exceeds 100 minutes.
Cancellation policy
If for any reason you decide to cancel your service you should do it within 14 days from the date of activation for the refund after which the activation charge can not be refunded.
But you can cancel you service anytime and there is no term contract.

Can I Transfer My Telephone Number?
Yes, VideoCaller can transfer your existing phone number. There is a standard industry fee of $35.00, and a temporary number will be issued to you during a 60 day transfer period.
Can I Fax With VoIP?
Yes, if your equipment configuration is set up to. This is also known ad Fax Over IP or FOIP, and in some cases you may have to adjust your fax machine to operate at a slower speed.
