THREE WAY CALLING
Three-way calling allows you to create a conference call between yourself and two other contacts.
1. While you are on a call, press the flash button or switch hook on your phone.
2. When you get a dial tone, dial your second contact.
3. When the second contact answers, press flash or the switch hook again.
4. Simultaneously, you and your two contacts will be connected on a conference call.
Three-way calling behaves like two individual phone calls made from your account at the same time, and is included in VideoCallers phone plans at no extra charge.
CALL HOLD
A call may be placed on hold, in which case the connection is not terminated but no verbal communication is possible until the call is removed from hold.
CALL TRANSFER
A call transfer enables the user to relocate an existing call to another telephone or attendants console by using the transfer button and dialing the required location.
FOLLOW ME ~ FIND ME
Follow Me ~ Find Me is a call hunting feature that allows you to enter additional phone numbers to ring in sequence. Example: When a call comes in, and you are not at home, the call rings your mobile phone. If theres no answer, the call rings your office number. If theres no answer, the call is directed into your voicemail box.
FREE FAX RECEPTION
Free Fax Reception enables you to send and receive fax messages through your home Voip phone number. This is a shared Voice / Fax line.
E911 SERVICES
"Enhanced" 911 (E911) Service automatically routes caller information to emergency personnel at local Public Safety Answering Points ( PSAPs).
E911 call data is routed as emergency traffic and is accompanied by E911 caller information, and this can only be accomplished when the customer REGISTERS the location (Home Address) of their phone.

Voice Mail takes a callers message when you cant answer the phone. You will receive a message waiting indicator to let you know that a message has been left for you. A Voice Mailbox is not password protected until you initialize it by following the tutorial prompts to select a password and personalized greeting.
