VideoCaller respects and protects the privacy of our customers.
Security
VideoCaller security features are to protect the privacy of customer information on our network. In addition, we have implemented operational guidelines to safeguard customer privacy throughout VideoCaller. We will continue to revise and implement new technology features as it warrents to assure security in our back-end environment.
Account Information
Each customer is responsible for ensuring that the customer’s account information on file with VideoCaller is accurate and current. Customers may access their account information through the log-in area on the VideoCaller website or by contacting customer support. All VideoCaller/ ClubCaller customers must be 18 years old.
Children’s Privacy Policy
VideoCaller does not sell products or services for purchase by children. VideoCaller does not knowingly solicit or collect customer identifiable information from minors under the age of eighteen. In addition, VideoCaller will not knowingly link to any third party web site that solicits or collects customer identifiable information from minors. If you believe that a minor has disclosed personally identifiable information to VideoCaller, please contact us at so that the information can be removed.
VideoCaller Spam Policy
Use of VideoCaller facilities for spamming purposes is strictly prohibited. Misuse of VideoCaller facilities will be dealt with seriously and can result in the loss of VideoCaller privileges.
Collection and Use of Information
VideoCaller collects and uses personally identifiable information - such as name, e-mail address, and credit card information - for billing and provisioning of service, to solve problems associated with service, and to inform customers and prospective customers of new VideoCaller products or services that will better the customer experence. VideoCaller may also share such information with business partners to ensure the successful provisioning and operation of its services and to facilitate the marketing of VideoCaller products and services. However, VideoCaller does not sell, trade, or disclose personally identifiable information to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes. In addition, any customer who wishes not to receive information about new or different VideoCaller products or services may opt-out to receive such offers. VideoCaller utilizes "cookies" in its information gathering process in order to improve the quality of the VideoCaller website and as well as the quality of customer interaction with VideoCaller throughout the ordering, provisioning, and billing process. Customers may choose to block the use of such "cookies," though that will make interaction with VideoCaller less efficient and could limit the availability of certain website features. Monitoring of Communications and Law Enforcement Cooperation VideoCaller will not read, listen to, or disclose to any third parties private e-mail, conversations, or other communications that are transmitted using VideoCaller services except as required to ensure proper operation of its services or as otherwise authorized by law. VideoCaller may provide personally identifiable information in response to subpoenas and other legal demands, and where VideoCaller believes that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against individuals who may be interfering with VideoCaller property or services or our customers use of them, or endangering public safety.
